Artist Bio

Angine de Poitrine are an anonymous Quebec experimental-rock duo built around microtonal guitarist Khn de Poitrine and drummer Klek de Poitrine. Emerging from Quebec’s independent music scene, the group developed a highly distinctive mix of math rock, progressive rock, hypnotic rhythm and microtonal guitar, paired with oversized papier-mâché masks and an absurdist extraterrestrial mythology. Their debut Vol. I began building an underground following, while Vol. II and a widely viewed KEXP performance dramatically expanded their international audience in 2026. The group has since moved rapidly into larger venues, major international touring and high-profile festival bookings. Despite significant label interest, Angine de Poitrine have remained independent while partnering with ATO Records for U.S. physical distribution.
