Artist Bio

Godspeed You! Black Emperor are a Montreal post-rock collective known for long instrumental compositions, extreme dynamic range and politically charged visual presentation. Their records, including Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven and the recent NO TITLE AS OF 13 FEBRUARY 2024 28,340 DEAD, helped define post-rock’s orchestral and apocalyptic vocabulary. They first played Shaky in 2022. Their label’s official site already lists February 2027 Canadian dates and Fire In The Mountains Festival in Montana for July 2027, making this one of the clearest current routing conditions in the batch.
