Booking outlook

Post-punk/art-rock lineage plus substantial 2027 routing makes them one of the strongest missing candidates.

Artist Bio

Iceage are a Copenhagen post-punk band led by Elias Bender Rønnenfelt. Across their career they have moved from raw punk and noise toward expansive art rock, gothic atmosphere, and widescreen songwriting while retaining a volatile live presence. Their influence on the current wave of European post-punk is substantial, and their audience overlaps heavily with Shaky Knees' darker indie-rock programming.

Why This Forecast Works

One of the best adds in the entire set because the band already has a major 2027 album/tour/festival cycle.

  • New candidate research package. Add only if no canonical artist already exists. Verify historical Shaky appearances before populating history. Do not manually assign forecast rank/index.
  • Research gaps: Verify canonical duplicate status; Verify historical Shaky appearances; Verify booking agency; Verify management; Verify image credit/rights metadata
  • Research Batch 11 (COMPLETE): All three representation/label gaps resolved; existing Alva de Febvre image credit is preserved.
  • Research Batch 11: listed research gaps resolved.

Pressure Breakdown

This is the weighted case behind the ranking. It explains where the Forecast Index comes from without pretending the number is a literal probability.

  • Active Cycle+6

Correlated activity evidence is bundled with diminishing returns: release (4), touring (2), festival (2).

  • Shaky genre fit+3

Post-punk/art-rock lineage plus substantial 2027 routing makes them one of the strongest missing candidates.

  • Fresh booking opportunity+2

Never playing Shaky keeps the booking fresh without losing genre fit.
